The Luxe Shadow Shop website serves as an online marketing platform for women's fashion products.
The regulations are worded in the feminine form for convenience only, but treat all customers equally.
Making a purchase on the site constitutes confirmation that the customer has read, understood and agreed to all the terms of the regulations, and it constitutes a binding contract .
The Company may update the Regulations from time to time , at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

You can make a purchase on the site using a credit card, debit card or bank transfer .
Each order is subject to approval by the payment provider .
Prices on the site include shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
The products are marketed through external suppliers , and therefore the responsibility for the supply of the products and their service lies with the suppliers.

An order can be canceled within 24 hours , as long as it has not yet been shipped .
Canceling a transaction involves a fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) , in accordance with the law.
If the credit card company charges a fee for the cancellation, this amount will be charged to the customer in addition .
Exchanges are not possible after the purchase is completed.
Refunds will only be possible in exceptional cases and after approval by the company .
A returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and without defects .
Custom-made products cannot be returned .
Removing covers or stickers from the bags will be considered use and will not allow returns.
Cancellation or return requests can be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product, through customer service.
The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer .
No cancellations or refunds for customers outside of Israel.
